Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pyprivacy.com service ("Service"), provided by pyprivacy.com ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service provides a WireGuard‑based virtual private network with a single endpoint located in Paraguay. We provide you with a configuration file and/or QR code that you can use with the official WireGuard client.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $9 / month, billed in advance via MoonPay (card or crypto).
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are non‑refundable except where required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that any specific level of performance, availability, or geographic routing will be maintained.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or to protect the integrity of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles.
