Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information pyprivacy.com ("we", "us") collects when you use our service, why we collect it, and your rights regarding that information.

What we do not log

We do not log:

• The websites or services you connect to through the VPN.
• DNS queries made through your VPN session.
• The contents of your traffic.
• The IP addresses you visit while connected.

What we collect

To operate the service, we collect a minimal amount of data:

• Account data. Your email address, used to sign in and to send service‑related messages.
• Billing data. Subscription status, plan, and a MoonPay transaction or customer identifier. Card numbers and crypto wallet credentials are handled directly by MoonPay and are never stored on our servers.
• WireGuard keys. Public keys associated with your account so the server can authenticate your device. Private keys remain on your device.
• Aggregate operational metrics. Total bandwidth and connection counts for capacity planning. We do not associate this aggregate data with the traffic you generate.
• Security events. Limited records (e.g. failed authentication attempts, suspected abuse) retained for short periods to protect the service and its users.

How we use information

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate with you about your account or material changes to the Service.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse or security incidents.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with the limited set of service providers needed to run the Service (for example: our payment processor, MoonPay; our authentication provider, Supabase; and our hosting provider). We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users.

Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle billing, support, and legal obligations. Security‑related records are retained only as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can exercise these rights by emailing privacy@pyprivacy.com.

International transfers

We operate infrastructure in Paraguay and rely on service providers that may store data in other countries. By using the Service you consent to the transfer of your information to those jurisdictions.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service.
