Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of pyprivacy.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree not to use it for any of the activities listed below. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Prohibited activities

You may not use the Service to engage in or facilitate:

  • Illegal activity. Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law, including the laws of the Republic of Paraguay.
  • Spam and unsolicited messaging. Sending bulk unsolicited email, SMS, or other messages; operating spam infrastructure; or distributing malware or phishing content.
  • Abuse and harassment. Harassing, stalking, threatening, doxxing, or otherwise harming individuals or groups.
  • Fraud. Identity fraud, payment fraud, account takeover, carding, chargeback fraud, or any deceptive practice intended to obtain money, services, or information dishonestly.
  • Credential attacks. Credential stuffing, brute forcing, password spraying, or any unauthorized attempt to access third‑party accounts or systems.
  • Scraping abuse.High‑volume scraping that violates a website's terms of service, evades anti‑abuse measures, overwhelms infrastructure, or harvests personal data without a lawful basis.
  • ToS evasion. Using the Service to circumvent the terms of service, bans, rate limits, or anti‑abuse controls of any third‑party platform.
  • Network attacks. Denial‑of‑service attacks, port scanning of systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or distribution of malicious software.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any creation, distribution, possession, or solicitation of CSAM is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • Infringing content. Distribution of content that infringes intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.

Reporting abuse

If you believe the Service is being used in violation of this AUP, please contact us at abuse@pyprivacy.com with as much detail as possible (date and time in UTC, source IP if known, description of the activity). We review every report.

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this AUP, cooperate with law enforcement, and preserve relevant records as required by law. We may also update this AUP from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
